Will you be our new colleague?

Will you be our new colleague as a DTP specialist?

Are you a driven DTP specialist with an eye for detail? We are looking for a DTP specialist to develop products with us for the consumer market for major European retailers. From kids' crafts to party goods, from home decor to seasonal collections, you ensure that every product can be manufactured flawlessly by our suppliers.

Who are we:

We are DP Factory BV, and we develop and supply a wide range of creative products and premium items internationally for retail chains. We specialize in crafts, party supplies, gift & wrap, home decor, stationery, and premium items. Our organization is open, informal, welcoming, flat, and has short lines of communication.

DP Factory is a dynamic and fast-growing company where everything revolves around collaboration and exceeding customer expectations. We are performance-oriented; our primary goal is long-term success. Our customers always come first. We think commercially and actively collaborate to take the company to the next level. Good ideas are always welcomed with open arms.

The team:

You will become part of a creative and close-knit team. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that creative ideas become reality and can be developed for the consumer market.

In addition to the requested flexibility, we also ask – as part of the DP Factory team, where we make a difference through our collaboration – for an active contribution to team spirit, a high standard of quality, a healthy dose of self-reflection, and a certain speed in our work.

What will you do:

As a DTP specialist within our team, you are responsible for the technical layout of our packaging and products. You work with supplied designs, die cuts, and warnings, and quickly and accurately convert these into production-ready material. You are an important link in the production process because your precision prevents errors and ensures that every product appears on the market safely, correctly, and professionally. Thanks to your work, good designs are translated into perfect products. Furthermore, you are responsible for:

  • Developing packaging and products in design software
  • Designing dies and delivering them print-ready
  • Writing out specifications per product so that it is clear to the suppliers
  • Working on diverse collections and products

What do you bring:

  • Completed MBO education in graphic/multimedia
  • You possess strong spatial insight and have strong administrative skills.
  • You are accurate and have a good eye for detail.
  • Excellent knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Indesign
  • You are available 32-40 hours per week
  • You are stress-resistant and can cope with deadlines
  • You are a team player and can handle feedback well.

What do we offer:

  • A position within an informal, loyal, and committed team
  • A varied supporting role in which you contribute directly to the work of the Project Management Team.
  • A competitive salary, taking into account your knowledge and experience
  • 24 vacation days on a full-time basis, with the option to purchase additional days.
  • Travel allowance
  • Contribution to the pension scheme
  • Unlimited access to GoodHabitz's online training platform
  • The option to purchase products of your choice with tax benefits via the Fiscfree platform, including, for example, an electric bicycle.
  • Regular staff activities
  • Free fruit at work and gifts on holidays
